About the Position
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers by handling inbound and outbound communication and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions through multiple platforms including phone, email, and CRM systems.
You will help drive dealership traffic by coordinating appointments, following up with leads, and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional service.
This is a performance-driven position ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and schedule appointments for the sales team
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and online inquiries
Provide customers with basic vehicle information and dealership details
Follow up with customers who have not yet scheduled an appointment
Re-engage leads who previously showed interest or missed appointments
Maintain accurate communication records within the CRM system
Work closely with the sales team and management to support dealership traffic
Maintain professionalism and strong customer service standards during all interactions
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and email
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Compensation
$45,000 – $95,000 annually based on performance
Base pay plus performance-based bonuses
Earnings tied to appointments set, show rate, and production
