Key Responsibilities

岗位职责

1. Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership.

1. 培训交付（核心）：为一线及管理者提供培训，包括服务、VIC客户经营、销售转化及领导力。

2. Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs.

2. 业务转化：将业务问题转化为行为标准与培训方案，并与业务指标挂钩。

3. Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC.

3. 内容定制：基于CXG方法论进行客户化与本地化。

4. Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback.

4. 轻咨询支持：参与客户讨论并提供结构化反馈。
