Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with our organization's mission and vision
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to promote exceptional patient care and employee satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners, and family members to ensure seamless transitions of care
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to advance care coordination and resident outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
Key Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
