A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Draft and prepare contracts and related legal documents from initial matter intake through execution, coordinating final packages and exhibits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with negotiated terms.
  • Provide support to multiple attorneys and business teams while managing a high‑volume workload with frequently shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and communicate documentation issues, inconsistencies, and risk considerations, escalating as appropriate.
  • Serve as a liaison between Legal and the Operations Teams by monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and driving timely resolution of outstanding items during contract negotiations.
  • Assist with preparation of contract summaries and maintain accurate CounselLink data to support tracking, reporting, and matter management.
  • Incorporate attorney revisions into a variety of legal documents, ensuring changes are properly reflected and finalized as directed.
  • Collaborate with Controllers and internal stakeholders on A305 qualification statements and related compliance materials.
  • Support training and knowledge‑management efforts by organizing existing resources and assisting with presentations and team materials as needed

 



NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Flexibility and willingness to collaborate with others to accomplish tasks
  • 3-10 years of related experience
  • Paralegal or other college degree program, with real estate, construction or transactional training or experience
  • Exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with NetDocs and/or CounselLink a plus
