Service Appointment Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Service Appointment Coordinator at DELLA Auto Group is a full-time, hourly sales position in the auto industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating service appointments for customers to the dealership's service center. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and satisfaction of our customers' service experiences at DELLA Auto Group.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is hourly and paid weekly. The salary range is $36000.00 to $50000.00.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for customers
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all appointments and customer information
- Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure prompt and efficient service for customers
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns or changes
- Monitor service schedule to ensure timely completion of appointments and communicate any delays or issues to customers
- Up-sell services and products to customers based on their vehicle's needs and manufacturer recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management
