Financial Coordinator, Pavlo Orthodontics

Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and helping people achieve their dream smiles? Pavlo Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Financial Coordinator, to join our thriving practice.

This role does require working from both practice locations in Peabody and Newburyport, MA.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Guide Patients Through Financial Options: Discuss treatment costs and payment plans with clarity and empathy, helping patients understand their options and feel at ease.
  • Manage Billing & Collections: Post payments, generate statements, follow up on overdue accounts, and implement effective, policy-compliant collection strategies.
  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Record contracts, reconcile transactions, and prepare financial reports to support smooth and transparent operations.
  • Deliver Compassionate Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for financial inquiries, offering flexible solutions and support to patients facing financial challenges.
  • Collaborate Across the Office: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams, assist with scheduling and phone coverage, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
