About the Role
You will work directly with experienced multifamily advisors in the Nashville, TN market and gain exposure to live transactions, underwriting, client strategy, and market positioning.
Year one is built around three core disciplines:
1. Prospecting & Relationship Development
You will learn how to identify and engage multifamily owners through disciplined outreach and research. Expect consistent outbound activity.
2. Underwriting & Market Analysis
You will analyze rent rolls, operating statements, sales comps, and development trends to understand value drivers in the Salt Lake City multifamily market.
3. Transaction Execution
You will support the preparation of Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and assist in managing transactions from launch through closing.
As you develop, you will begin building your own pipeline and client base.
We provide mentorship and platform support.
You bring resilience, urgency, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Prospect multifamily owners through research and outbound outreach
- Assist in underwriting and financial analysis of multifamily assets
- Support preparation of BOVs, OMs, and marketing materials
- Research ownership records, market comps, and development trends
- Maintain CRM systems and pipeline tracking
- Assist with transaction coordination and buyer communications
- Participate in internal pipeline and strategy calls
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Nashville.

Recent graduates in finance, business, economics, or real estate are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of brokerage, lending, appraisal, or investment experience are also welcome.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Tennessee Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable in Excel and financial modeling
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
Prior multifamily exposure is a plus but not required.
