Position Title

Manager – Ad Sales (SET & SAB)


Purpose

Drive revenue growth for the Hindi GEC cluster by executing sales strategies, leveraging local market insights, and building strong relationships with clients and agencies to maximize monetization opportunities.


Education

  • Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Management or equivalent

Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales / media / advertising
  • Exposure to client-facing roles or sales support will be an advantage

Desirable Experience

  • Understanding of TV / media sales ecosystem
  • Exposure to agency interactions or client servicing
  • Basic understanding of content-driven monetization

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Support annual sales planning by providing market insights, forecasts, and relevant data
  • Translate sales objectives into actionable plans for the assigned market/region
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence to support strategy refinement
  • Identify monetization opportunities based on content plans

Revenue Delivery

  • Track individual sales performance against targets and drive achievement through proactive planning
  • Pitch to new and existing clients/agencies to generate business
  • Support Group Head in large deal pitches and integrated sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize revenue

Client Management & Servicing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies
  • Ensure high service levels by coordinating with internal teams
  • Address client concerns proactively to ensure satisfaction and continuity of business
  • Support collections in coordination with receivables team

Market Development

  • Identify and approach new clients to expand the business portfolio
  • Gather market intelligence to strengthen network positioning
