Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled candidate to join the Administrative/Controlling Department.
The ideal candidate is used to working in a team and has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and strong stress-management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • IFRS month end closing activities in coordination with the share service center
  • Personnel and non-personnel costs analysis
  • Provisions analysis
  • Business analysis: sales and margin deviations vs budget and prior year (by customers/products)
  • Deliver Group’s requirements: IT cost, Subscription cockpit preparation, PQF, new Ebit tool, ConsCM per single deal
  • Support in IFRS year-end closing preparation
  • Support in Statutory Financial Statement preparation
  • Cash flow coordinator
  • Back up in Budget and Forecast process (nobody except FO is now skilled on these two topics)
  • Develop a cross-functional knowledge of the Department to act as backup for the current controller and GL/AP coordinator.
  • Support new ERP implementation

Required Qualification:

  • Degree in Economics or related fields
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards
  • Knowledge of VAT and Intrastat regulations
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Previous experience in diversified administrative and controlling functions
