We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to drive requirement analysis, solution definition, and business process alignment for AI-enabled enterprise solutions. This role will bridge business stakeholders, product teams, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure AI use cases are translated into scalable, practical, and business-aligned system solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, system analysis, process mapping, requirement management, and stakeholder communication, along with exposure to AI/ML-driven applications, workflow automation, analytics solutions, or intelligent platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data/AI teams, and developers to define solution scope and priorities.
- Support design of AI-driven use cases such as intelligent assistants, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, workflow automation, document intelligence, or decision-support systems.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, business rule documentation, and process improvement analysis.
- Define data requirements, integration needs, workflows, and reporting expectations for solution implementation.
- Support UAT planning, test scenario validation, defect clarification, and business sign-off processes.
- Ensure requirements traceability across business objectives, functional specifications, and delivered solution components.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Contribute to change management, solution adoption, and business readiness activities.
Technical Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis / Functional Consulting.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, user stories, use cases, process mapping, and business workflows.
- Experience working on enterprise applications, digital transformation, workflow systems, or data-driven platforms.
- Good understanding of AI/ML-enabled solutions, such as NLP, automation, predictive models, recommendation systems, or conversational AI.
- Experience with integration requirements, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of UAT support, requirement traceability, and solution validation.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or other BA documentation tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum and cross-functional delivery environments.
