Job Description

Job Overview.

This position provides a variety excellent customer service functions (e.g., customer relations, crowd control, loading and unloading passengers from shuttle buses).


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Greets guests with a friendly smile, warm welcomes and thank you.
  • Provides prompt and courteous customer service by evaluating guests needs through empathy, listening, specific questioning and effectively resolves matters through appropriate action, service r solution.
  • Provides guests with directions to different areas and information of activities planned for the day.
  • Interacts with guests to provide assistance on all things related to guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Consults guests and gets approval from guest before assisting them and moving their property.
  • Provides memorable guest service while engaging with guests as you support guests flow and lines and capacity in your assigned area.
  • Control access at shuttle buses loading and unloading areas and ensures all guests are in safe locations prior to bus departing.
  • Greets and verbally assist guests getting on and off the shuttle bus.
  • Complies with all safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.  


Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service, communications skills, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good judgement and professionalism.
    • Ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.


    Working Conditions

    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Moves objects up to 50 pounds.
    • Involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following safety precautions.
    • Works outdoors and is exposed to weather conditions, dust, dirt, and exhaust fumes.
    • Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
