Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and update room status
- Receive, log, and communicate room deficiencies
- Produce and assign room attendant gratuities for payroll
- Provide accurate feedback for room discrepancies to the front office
- Filing, both electronic and physical
- Produce turndown reports
- Produce and distribute “Out of Order” reports
- Review reservations comments and communicate all special request
- Assist with any other reasonable requests as made by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years in a similar capacity, preferably in a resort/hotel environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete work duties despite continuous distractions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
