Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and update room status
  • Receive, log, and communicate room deficiencies
  • Produce and assign room attendant gratuities for payroll
  • Provide accurate feedback for room discrepancies to the front office
  • Filing, both electronic and physical
  • Produce turndown reports
  • Produce and distribute “Out of Order” reports
  • Review reservations comments and communicate all special request
  • Assist with any other reasonable requests as made by management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a similar capacity, preferably in a resort/hotel environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete work duties despite continuous distractions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
