- Open cash register, fill out appropriate cash register opening form, and count money
- Operate cash register
- Handles customers in a friendly and polite manner.
- Reserving tennis courts for customers
- Answering the phone.
- Give information about rules and policy when necessary or requested. Enforces rules and policies.
- Help Director of Tennis with tournament administration when asked
- Help run leagues
- Using the phone as instructed to promote activities at the facility
- Squeegee tennis courts after rainfall
- Assist customers with the ball machine.
- Keep clubhouse, bathrooms and windows clean.
- Sweep and vacuum the Tennis Complex and cashier's area and clean the counter at the end of the day and at other necessary times.
- Picking up & emptying trash. Pulling weeds on the grounds.
- Arranges for substitutes and notifies the Supervisor of any changes.
- Close out the register at the end of the working day.
- Completes time sheets for payroll.
- Arrives at specified time to begin shift.
- Wears appropriate clothing/uniform and is properly groomed.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
