Role Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Presales / Consulting professional with strong Financial Services domain expertise to support business development, solutioning, and client advisory initiatives.
The role involves working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Client stakeholders to shape opportunities, build compelling solution narratives, and drive proposal creation for banking and financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to support presales activities and client pitches
- Understand client requirements and translate them into structured business solutions
- Create high-quality business documents and consulting artifacts
- Develop and manage:
- RFP (Request for Proposal) responses
- BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
- Capability decks and solution presentations
- Build strong value propositions and solution storytelling for clients
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and advisory engagements
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities
Technical Skills
Required Skills
- Proven experience in:
- RFP responses and proposal creation
- Business documentation (BRD, functional docs, presentations)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create crisp, structured, and impactful content
- Strong understanding of sales pitch, solutioning, and consulting approach
Nice-to-have skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in working with sales performance or business growth initiatives
- Exposure to client-facing consulting roles
- Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Presales / Consulting / Business Analysis
- Strong domain knowledge in Financial Services (Banking, BFSI)
