Salary Range:



$20.00-$24.00 USD Hourly



*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.



What you will be doing:



A Manufacturing Production Associate is responsible for supporting the production process by operating machinery, assembling products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the manufacturing environment. The role involves performing hands-on tasks to help meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.



2nd Shift Hours: 1:50PM-10:20PM



Responsibilities:





  • Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.




  • Assemble parts or products according to specifications, using tools or machines to complete tasks such as fitting, welding, or fastening.




  • Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors for corrective action.




  • Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods for production processes. Ensure that the necessary materials are readily available for the production team.




  • Operate manufacturing equipment, monitor performance, and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain production speed and quality.




  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors immediately.




  • Maintain accurate production records, including time logs, inventory counts, quality checks, and report progress to team leaders or supervisors.




  • Suggest ways to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows to meet production targets.




  • Work closely with other production team members, including engineers, quality control, and maintenance teams, to meet production goals and deadlines.
