Job Description

Pay Rate: $20 – $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: On-site


Position Summary

The Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and electrical components. This role involves direct current (DC) assembly, soldering, wire harness fabrication, and the assembly of LED panels and wiring systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with tools, blueprints, and electrical schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and electrical components according to specifications and drawings

  • Perform DC electrical assembly, wiring, crimping, and soldering to certified standards

  • Lay out, position, align, and fit components accurately

  • Build wire harnesses and assemble LED panels and wiring systems

  • Use hand and power tools to assemble manufactured parts

  • Assemble components using bolts, rivets, and other fasteners

  • Repair products by dismantling, reshaping, straightening, and reassembling parts

  • Perform electronic diagnosis, troubleshooting, and basic testing

  • Follow quality control procedures to ensure product reliability and safety

  • Safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50–100 lbs., including overhead lifting


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as an electronic assembler (required)

  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings

  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

  • Experience with crimping, soldering, and wiring assemblies

  • Understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing standards

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

  • Pre-employment skills testing required
