KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a high-volume caseload end to end, including intake, documentation, processing, follow-up, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate case records in the case management system, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and correspondence are logged in real time.
  • Prioritize and triage cases based on urgency, compliance deadlines, and attorney direction; escalate issues proactively to avoid delays.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Strategic Legal Practices and assigned attorneys, providing timely updates on case strategy, status, and required actions.
  • Prepare case files, documentation packages, and correspondence for attorney review; respond promptly to all attorney requests.
  • Coordinate across departments — including intake, compliance, client services, paralegal support, and billing — to move cases forward efficiently.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, delivering clear updates on status, timelines, and documentation needs.
  • Ensure all files are complete and compliant with program and regulatory standards; support audits and compliance reviews as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS
