Job Description

Front Office - Guest Services Representative

Must have full time availability

Must be able to work weekends and holidays 

  • greet guest warmly and provide exceptional customer service at check -in and check -out
  • must have at least 2 years of front desk experience 
  • preferred opera cloud and colleague experience  
  • process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
  • answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
  • handle guest requests, concerns and complaints promptly and courteously
  • balance cash drawer and complete end of shift reports
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness 
  • provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • ensure front desk and lobby area are maintained and organized
