Front Office - Guest Services Representative
Must have full time availability
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- greet guest warmly and provide exceptional customer service at check -in and check -out
- must have at least 2 years of front desk experience
- preferred opera cloud and colleague experience
- process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
- answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- handle guest requests, concerns and complaints promptly and courteously
- balance cash drawer and complete end of shift reports
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- ensure front desk and lobby area are maintained and organized
