REQUIRES AN ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE - COMBINATION ON SITE/REMOTE WORK

Plans, designs, development, tests, edits, maintains, and documents web programs. Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Very likely directs and leads others. Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. BS/BA degree (or equivalent) plus 8 to 10 years experience in related field.

This position will support activities within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Services Delivery Division (SDD). The position will provide support for ServiceNow Platform Support.

Location: Office and Remote depending on client needs

Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. Amount of Travel: Less than 10%
