Qualifications for Registered Nurse Supervisor:    

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team at. In this role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will be key in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Supervisor:    

  • Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.

  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.

  • Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.

  • Maintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.

  • Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.

  • Maintain documentation of resident care services.

  • Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
