Create and update work instructions which adhere to both the MUM high quality standard, and the ISO requirements.
Create controlled documents.
Create and update new part numbers, Bill of Materials, and routers in company ERP system.
Update work orders when required by production.
Save work instructions in the correct format, upload to SharePoint and link to the correct location in Global Shop.
Complete and approve any tasks required in company workflows and change processes.
Scan work orders into company share drive and properly dispose of according to company policies and standards.
Create and upload to SharePoint any required sales order certifications (CoC’s, FPI’s, USMCA) for shipping product and enter certs into Global Shop.
Maintain Master List of Documents.
Generate Costed Bill of Materials for Sales/Customer Service.
Create monthly slideshows containing current info/announcements and upload to TV monitors.
Assist in 5S and Lean Management initiatives in Quality Department.
Involved in Cross-training and employee development programs.
Perform additional tasks as needed/requested.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Critical thinking/Visualization skills.
Ability to carry several concurrent tasks from beginning to end.
Ability to learn, understand, and use MUM specific systems (i.e., Global Shop)
Must be able to develop a comprehensive knowledge of MUM products and processes to be able to communicate and problem solve with management and internal departments.
Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or within a team.
Must be capable of exceeding individual performance measures.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with others.
Maintain proficiency in using personal computer and other common office equipment and software.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Present professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
Understand the procedure of preparation, review, approval, distribution, retrieval, and control of document.
