Occupational Therapist - OT - Full Time
HTS is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a highly rated skilled nursing facility in Louisville, KY. The primary role of the Occupational Therapist in this position will be to complete evaluations and progress notes, along with recertifications and discharges, on a full-time basis (30 – 40 hours per week).

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
