We are seeking a Mobile Health Provider (APRN or Physician Associate) who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about meeting patients where they are.

๐ฉบ What Youโll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventative exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Coordinate care with internal teams and community-based resources (behavioral health, social services, specialty care, etc.)
- Document all patient care accurately and timely in the EHR system
- Participate in case conferences, provider meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support and mentor students (APRN/PA) when applicable
- Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols
- Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and respect

๐ง What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
APRN:
- Current NH RN & APRN license
- Board Certified (ANCC or AANP)
OR Physician Associate:
- NH Board of Medicine license
- NCCPA Certification
- Current BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- Current DEA registration
