What You'll Do
Evaluate pricing for new product features and add-ons, building business cases with demand sensitivity analysis
Support the design and evolution existing pricing structures with a clear rationale tied to customer value
Analyse pricing performance across our product suite
Model out scenarios for product eligibility and expansion
Build and maintain pricing models that quantify the revenue impact of rate changes, packaging shifts
Partner with Finance and RevOps to track pricing realisation
Build and maintain a library of standard discount frameworks
Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and RevOps to develop enterprise tier structures
What We're Looking For
Must Have
2 - 4 years of experience in pricing, finance, FP&A, revenue operations or a similarly analytical and commercial role
SQL analytical skills - you're comfortable building queries for analytical purposes
Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, Payroll, or Fintech
Exposure to enterprise deal desk, sales support, or RFP processes
Understanding of regulated financial products, banking, or cross-border payments
Experience working across multiple geographies with different pricing norms
