Job Description

Description

We are seeking a proven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the execution engine of our business—someone who thrives on turning strategy into results, aligning teams to deliver at scale, and building operational systems that fuel growth.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder’s role.

As COO, you will partner directly with the President and work in lockstep with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure that every sales commitment is operationally executable—and flawlessly delivered. You will own the performance, scalability, and efficiency of the entire operation.

If you are a leader who has successfully scaled operations, driven measurable improvements in cost and performance, and built high-performing teams—we want to talk.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-End Operations: Full leadership of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, facilities, and fulfillment—aligned to strategy and built to scale.
  • Execution & Delivery: Translate demand into disciplined production plans, ensuring consistent on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Own operational P&L, driving cost discipline, productivity, margin expansion, and working capital improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Build a Lean, data-driven organization with standardized processes, clear KPIs, and continuous improvement embedded at every level.
  • Team & Culture: Develop high-performing leaders, strengthen accountability, and foster a culture of safety, ownership, and results.
  • Executive Partnership: Align closely with the President, CRO, and Finance to ensure demand, capacity, and operational performance are tightly integrated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven success leading multi-functional teams in a growth-oriented company
  • Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ownership of operational P&L and margin improvement
  • Experience aligning operations with dynamic sales demand
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • A bias for action and a track record of execution

Summary

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of our company’s growth. You will not just oversee operations—you will define how we scale, how we deliver, and how we win.

We’re looking for a leader who takes ownership, drives results, and builds teams that perform at a high level. If you have a track record of turning complexity into clarity, aligning teams to execute, and delivering measurable outcomes—we want to hear from you.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a lasting impact and help shape the future of a growing organization, apply today.
