Job Description
Apex Order Pickup Solutions is seeking a Sales Pursuit Executive who is a proven, results-driven, seasoned sales achiever, with a verifiable record of developing and closing revenue-producing relationships. This is an individual contributor, "rainmaker" role that will drive the adoption of our disruptive technology solutions throughout the restaurant and food service management industry, with a specific focus on transformational technology that improves the dining experience across the Business and Institution, Healthcare, and Cultural Attractions sector. This position is ideal for a superstar individual contributor who loves to sell and paid extremely well for delivering exceptional results. 


You will utilize your well-honed business development skills and consultative sales approach to prospect, pursue, qualify, and close large-solution sales opportunities by leveraging your expertise in successfully selling to complex organizations at all levels including the C-suite.  This position is a strategic addition and is a key component of our accelerated growth plan.

What You'll Do: 
  • Locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close business opportunities in assigned territory.  
  • Collaborate with channel partners and Foodservice Management Companies. 
  • Achieving and exceeding individual regional sales revenue goals.    
  • Conduct sales process via phone, web presentations, electronic communications, and in-person presentations.    
  • Present targeted value propositions based on market and job function.    
  • Prepare solution proposals for prospective customers.  
  • Develop growth plans and business strategies.  
 
What You Bring: 
  • At least 10 years of consultative business-to-business selling in one of the following verticals: Restaurants, Universities and Colleges, Business and Institution, and Healthcare.  
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in early-stage technology markets. 
  • Success in introducing new technology to improve dining experience in the assigned market sector.   
  • High Energy, highly competitive, results-oriented personal drive with the ability to prioritize and deliver on large scope and scale opportunities that will include multi-site, multi-layered customers in partnership with food service operators.  
  • Excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills required as well as timely follow-up are a necessity for this role.  
  • Highly accomplished prospecting, lead generation, presentation and closing skills. 
  • Driven by an intense sense of urgency to doggedly follow up and bring projects to closure. 
  • Wields the drive of a champion and an unstoppable need to take initiative and proactively pursue opportunities using multiple communication paths on multiple levels within target organizations. 
  • Skilled in phone, web, and in-person sales pursuit.  
  • Highly competent in leveraging sales productivity using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). 
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills. 
  • Advanced written and verbal communications. 
  • Competent in data analysis, value/cost benefit analysis. 
  • Ability to travel domestically. 
Work location: Remote from your home office with regular travel to client sites, conferences, tradeshows, and company headquarters as needed.

Salary Range: $120K – 160K base- with a variable bonus structure.  This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
