ILLUSTRATIVE TASKS:

• Execute age-appropriate recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and nature exploration.
• Supervise and monitor campers during activities, meals, and free time to ensure safety and adherence to camp rules.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to campers to encourage personal growth and social interaction.
• Collaborate with other camp staff to organize special events, trips, and themed activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized camp environment, including equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents/guardians, and fellow staff members.
• Address behavioral issues and conflicts using positive behavior management techniques.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as needed.
• Perform any and all other duties/responsibilities/tasks as assigned.
