We’re seeking friendly, service-focused Event Ushers to help create a welcoming and organized experience for guests at concerts, festivals, and special events. In this role, you’ll greet guests, assist with seating and directions, help manage crowd flow, and support event safety so every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival through the end of the event.

What You’ll Do
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful information about the venue and event
• Assist guests with locating seats, sections, restrooms, exits, and amenities
• Check tickets and guide guests to the correct sections or areas
• Help manage guest flow and maintain clear aisles and walkways for safety
• Support crowd management and report safety concerns or guest issues to supervisors
