Allies4Outcomes (A4O) is seeking seasoned, systems-minded professionals to join our Leadership Capacity-Building Team, an elite group driving measurable improvements in workforce retention, organizational health, and performance outcomes across program areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply A4O’s neuroscience-informed Leadership & Practice Capacity-Building© model
  • Deliver high-impact consulting to North Carolina counties and other jurisdictions nationwide
  • Facilitate engaging, practice-driven learning experiences grounded in real-world application
  • Provide executive coaching, real-time support, and leadership development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives
  • Lead and collaborate on innovative, results-oriented projects

What You Bring

  • Executive leadership experience within NC DSS/HHS or comparable state, nonprofit, or private sector systems, with 8–10+ years of progressive experience
  • Deep expertise in child welfare and/or adult and aging services, including policy, practice, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Safety Organized Practice and PATH NC
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing systems, and driving change in complex environments
  • Experience designing and facilitating research-based, experiential learning
  • Ability to build leadership capacity using neuroscience-informed approaches
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Comfort working independently, remotely, and across diverse teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed
