Driving weekly account reviews and implementing proactive measures to identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve any program-related risks or issues.
Building trusted partner relationships with key customer stakeholders, from engineering leads to senior and executive management, to foster long-term business growth.
Preparing and supporting executive-level discussions and periodic management review meetings with ARC senior leadership.

Technical proficiency with advanced processor technologies, including AI, DSP, and RISC-V architectures.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across global teams.
Fluency in English and Japanese, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
