Program Overview: 
Get ready for the season with our Youth Basketball Skill Building program! Designed for players ages 7 to 9, this dynamic class helps young athletes sharpen their game through focused training in both fundamentals and fitness.

Each session will cover essential basketball skills including:

• Shooting mechanics

• One-on-one defense

• Ball handling and passing

• Scoring techniques

• Mental preparation and game strategy

• Our goal is to challenge every athlete in a fun, high-energy environment that builds confidence and elevates performance on and off the court.
