Business Process Owner (BPO) – O2C
F/M -Permanent contract
What we offer
As part of the Group Finance Business Process & Excellence, the Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, stability, and continuous improvement of the Order to Cash process at group level. The role is key to safeguard the Finance Core Model following the deployment of SAP 4 Hana and satellite systems in Southern Europe (2025) and Northern Europe (2026). This position is newly created to ensure the sustainability and scalability of the Finance Core Model, acting as a cornerstone of Finance excellence and performance
🚩 What will your daily life be like ?
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of the O2C process post Go-Live for the regions live with the new IT landscape.
- Safeguard the Finance Core Model, including process design, controls, and configurations.
- Ensure consistent and sustainable execution across regions and entities.
- Secure high level of automation and the benefits of the implemented solution
- Validate, prioritize, and govern change requests, deviations, and improvements.
- Act as a key interface between Finance, IT, and regional teams, ensuring alignment and driving decision-making : Coordinate with IT to ensure a controlled system evolution, animate and support the key user community across the group.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials, run training sessions when needed.
- Contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement, identify and drive automation levers and digital opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Secure strong cooperation and alignment with the Project O2C stream leader.
- Support potential new local implementations sharing system knowledge and deployment experience.
🚩 You are the right person for this position if :
Must have
- 3–5 years of experience in O2C process.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA in post-go-live environment.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and data governance.
- Ability to operate in a multi-country Group environment.
- Interest in and experience with AI tools are a plus.
- Fluent professional English.
You are curious by nature and able to develop and implement innovative actions plans.
You have strong problem-solving skills, and you are confident in dealing with key internal and external stakeholders.
You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
