- Bilingual oral skills (English/Spanish) preferred.

- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality about students in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and district guidelines.
- Works in standard school environment.
- Motor Vehicle Operator's (DMV) License or ability to provide own transportation.
- Successful prior experience working as a lunch or cafeteria aide, preferably in a school district or with children.
- High School Diploma or equivalent training
- Experience as directed by the Board
- Physical ability and emotional stability to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
