We are looking for a Warranty & Registration Specialist to Manage the Service Sales Registration program and Registration support making sure Lenovo systems are updated with correct warranty entitlements and the upgrade/extension products are registered against serial n’s /IMEI´s. You will drive the registration team’s service speed and quality, customer experience, cost effectiveness and improve relationships with Lenovo customers. You will continue Services Sales Registration improvement so that we deliver excellent business partner´s and customer´s satisfaction in this area. The stakeholders you will collaborate with are End customer; Business partners; Distributors; and other cross functional teams.
Your responsibilities:
Register Lenovo services on customer demand, amend the base warranties, warranty transfers, etc.
Handle these requests in MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) as tickets or as emails in dedicated functional email.
Solve customer problems with high quality and with sense of urgency
Continue Services Sales Registration improvement so that we deliver excellent business partner´s and customer´s satisfaction in this area.
Process high amount of MSD cases (~ 60 – 80 / day; depending on the case´s complexity) and respond to all emails in an average TAT 1 business day within whole fiscal year.
Required Skills:
Written and verbal English communication skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
Collaboration skills
Ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office)
Outlook and SAP skills are an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive & dedicated team player, ability to work in a small team and a wider global team to meet customer´s requirements, show enthusiasm to change and adapt accordingly
Previous experience in a Customer facing environment would be advantageous
Attention to details and organized methodological approach in addressing issues
