Key Accountabilities:

Ensuring that export orders are complete and processed on-time

Managing all required export documentation for shipments in scope (Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Shipping documents etc)

Ensuring timely and complete communication to all stakeholders – issues related with orders status and shipments as well as business risks assessment

Being the expert in his/her set of tasks looking to operational issues resolution - order management, providing the guidance to deliver the service as per agreed scope, acting as primary contact for all business partners

Day-to-day process ownership to ensure delivery of results in accordance with the directions provided by Hub/Division

Playing an active role in collaboration with CS&L functions to address issues and achieve goals

Coordinate all logistic activities, ensuring service excellence and meeting customer expectations while managing costs and driving efficiencies,

Ensure accurate reporting, invoicing and pallet administration.

Supports continuous improvement and roll-out of best practices
