Job Description

Job Description:
 Position: Sr. System Analyst 

A&T Systems Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Sr. System Analyst with SharePoint development & administration experience to join its developers and enterprise support team on customer site in Crownsville, MD. This position would be focused on maintenance and operations of enterprise internet facing SharePoint and WordPress shared services environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to Content publishers on technical issues and provide appropriate action /coordination to resolve those issues 
  • Day to Day support of the SharePoint 2019 functionalities and resolve customer issues and recommended solutions for improvements 
  • Microsoft SQL server and mySQL database administration includes import, export, Backup & restore Management, Database tuning and SQL Troubleshooting as well as development experience in SSIS packages 
  • Windows servers administration skills around managing SharePoint and WordPress applications 
  • Working knowledge of migrating Content Databases using PowerShell; developing PowerShell 

scripts for Site Backup/Restores, Library Files Backup/Restore etc. 

  • Ability to provide 24x7 production support with rotating On-Call duties/ After-hours support 
  • Development and Troubleshooting the code of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, JSON, Bootstrap, 

Jquery, java script and Microsoft technology stack 

  • Ability to work effectively with End-Users issues/problem tickets and provide resolutions 
  • Maintain a network multi domain and multi directory Wordpress environment, ensuring that 

the site has the up to date software with proper backups 

  • Maintain and document the changes and modifications to the applications 
  • Architecting solutions for enterprise applications 
  • Gathering the requirements, Submitting the proposal for new projects and enhancement based 

on the methodologies, best practices and requirements 

  • Building and performing Disaster Recovery (DR) Server farms 
  • Coordinating with the clients and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents 
  • Troubleshooting and deployments of all aspects of internet facing public sites 

Minimum Job Requirements: 

    • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. 
    • Must have 8 to 10 years of General IT experience 
    • Experience with SharePoint 2019 System Administration is required and WordPress enterprise 

experience is desired. 

    • Experience with Programming Languages c# and php 
  • Development experience with ASP.net including the creation of custom Web parts, Apps, SharePoint Solutions 
  • Experience with AWS EC2 instances and load-balancer is desired 
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
