Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, Ohio is now hiring dedicated Full-Time Night Shift LPNs to provide exceptional overnight nursing care in a compassionate, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and wound care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Supervise and support STNAs on the unit, ensuring that resident care, safety, and dignity standards are consistently met.
Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes accurately, and promptly report significant findings to the RN and/or provider.
Complete and maintain required documentation, charts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the night, ensuring calm, professional, and compassionate care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and goals.
Comply with all CCH Corporation policies, state/federal regulations, and infection control protocols.
Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the DON/Unit Manager.
Qualifications:
Current, valid LPN license in the State of Ohio.
Long-term care and/or rehabilitative nursing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Reliable and accountable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple residents on a night shift.
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed throughout the shift.
Current CPR certification preferred.
