Groundskeeper and Facility Maintenance

Rush City Schools has an immediate need for an experienced, full-time grounds and maintenance position. The ideal candidate must have the ability to maintain all grounds owned by the school district. This includes the bus garage, recreational center, elementary school, high school, and all athletic fields. 

Typical hours are 8:00-4:30 M-F, with the flexibility to work adjusted hours and days based on the needs of the grounds, buildings or weather. 

Compensation: $19.98-$26.68 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. 

Primary duties include:

• Lawn Care
• Snow Care
• Equipment Maintenance
• Custodial and Maintenance of the bus garage, aquatic/recreational center
• Assisting within school buildings as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
