As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in SHADY GROVE, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel at a transportation location by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe site activity to help to identify unusual behavior, report concerns, and document incidents according to post procedures.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, assist with traffic and pedestrian flow when needed, and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
