Your Role

Lead on-site execution of data center projects, ensuring
work is performed safely, accurately, and in alignment with strict technical
and documentation requirements.

 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all field activities for data center builds, including MEP-intensive scopes
  • Maintain detailed look-ahead schedules and plan manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Support testing, commissioning readiness, and turnover documentation
  • Enforce safety and quality standards in a high-accountability environment
  • Identify and mitigate schedule, quality, or coordination risks early

What You Bring

  • Experience supervising data center/critical facility work and MEP coordination
  • Strong field leadership and documentation discipline
  • Ability to lead teams under tight schedules and high standards


Experience

  • 5–10+ years of field supervision; data centers/critical facilities experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership of MEP-intensive sequencing, testing coordination, and turnover readiness.

Education &
Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred.
  • OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; competent-person certifications as applicable; valid driver’s license.

 

Tools & Software
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning tools.

 

Work Location, Environment & Travel Requirements

  • Primarily on an active project site and/or jobsite trailer; high coordination environment with strict quality and documentation expectations.
  • May require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), variable shifts, and extended hours during testing/commissioning/turnover phases.
  • This role will require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Travel will be required based on project assignment. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region, with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
