    Primary Purpose:


    Provide high level administrative support for the district's General Counsel and the Director of Personnel. Handle requests under the Public Information Act. Manage confidential information and maintain frequent contact with all levels of district employees, outside agencies and the general public.  Must be able to diffuse escalating situations and ascertain  appropriate information from requestors to assist or direct to the appropriate staff member. 
     

    Qualifications: 


    Education/Certification:  

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification Preferred
       

    Special Knowledge/Skills: 

    • Information Communication Technology (ICT) literate: able to use computers, communications tools
      and networks to efficiently manage, share and make use of digital information
    • Skilled in use of computer operating systems - Microsoft Windows
    • Skilled in use of common software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat
    • Strong work ethic
