Job Description
Purpose of Position

The objective of the Business Development Executive is to maximize strategic partnerships across multiple verticals, focusing primarily on New Owner Acquisition, with accountability to Owner Value and Brand Alignment.  The Business Development Executive is expected to be entrepreneurial and sales-focused in the development and execution of business plans that successfully produce new revenue for NetJets. 

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with identified partners
  • Using research, prospecting, and networking, identify sales targets and drive into sales process 
  • Partner with members of the Sales and Strategic Account Teams to pursue targets
  • Establish and track ROI for vertical and KPIs for all key activities, including oversight of SFDC campaigns 
  • Identify channel plans to reach target audience (DM, partner meetings, events)
  • On-site relationship development when relevant
  • Identify opportunities for product promotions using needs-based knowledge of vertical travel patterns 
  • Establish ongoing cadence of communication/campaigns with partners
  • Act as primary internal contact for vertical knowledge, education, and engagement with sales team, Marketing, and OS
  • Budget and contract management within vertical
  • Initiate marketing requests with Marketing team including brand activations, gifting, social media coverage, direct marketing, and website promotion
