Job Description

We are seeking a driven and visionary Chief Growth & Marketing Officer (CGMO) to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and revenue growth. This executive will align marketing with sales and operations to drive lead generation, customer retention, and market expansion—especially within home services (roofing, windows, HVAC, plumbing, solar, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on lead generation, brand, and retention
  • Align with sales, operations, and customer service on revenue and capacity goals
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Manage campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, social) and traditional (mail, radio, TV) channels
  • Track and optimize CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Build strategies for both emergency and planned service demand

Marketing & Brand

  • Lead brand messaging and multichannel campaigns
  • Oversee SEO, content, email, and social media strategy
  • Manage a team of 6 in the content creation department
  • Oversee creative production and advertising (Google Ads, Meta, print)

Local Marketing & Reputation

  • Customize campaigns by region, seasonality, and demographics
  • Manage Google Business Profiles, local SEO, and market launches
  • Oversee online reputation (Google, Yelp, BBB, Facebook) and customer reviews

Data & Performance

  • Use analytics, CRM, and automation tools to track KPIs and optimize performance
  • Run A/B testing and improve conversion rates

Leadership

  • Lead and develop marketing teams with proven team management experience
  • Foster accountability, innovation, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing/growth leadership
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and multichannel campaigns
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and scaling growth
  • Experience managing teams, including content/creative teams
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, WordPress, and marketing automation
