| Primary Duties and Responsibilities: | The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic and operational leader within Belmont University’s Office of Human Resources, Title IX and Institutional Compliance, responsible for partnering with the Chief Human Resources Officer with the design, management, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive, centralized talent acquisition function. This role manages the full lifecycle recruitment process of staff and partners on faculty, ensuring hiring practices align with Belmont’s Christ-centered mission, institutional strategy, and federal and state law. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with campus leaders, HR Partners, and senior leadership to build strong candidate pipelines; identify recruitment strategy; and deliver a high-quality, consistent recruitment experience. This position also provides functional leadership for recruitment systems, data, and process optimization, with highly preferred experience using Oracle-based HR and applicant tracking systems.

| Required Education | Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. |
| Required Experience | Five to seven years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment experience required. |
