Position Summary
You keep the hotel running behind the scenes. You support housekeeping, maintain public areas, and respond quickly to guest and team needs.
What You Will Do
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house
- Deliver linen, towels, and supplies to housekeeping staff throughout the day
- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and service areas
- Set up and break down breakfast area and meeting space as needed
- Respond to guest requests such as extra towels, amenities, or light maintenance support
- Assist with room inspections and housekeeping support during high occupancy periods
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage rooms and housekeeping closets
- Support laundry operations when needed
- Identify and report maintenance issues immediately
