Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused BDC Representative to support a centralized Business Development Center serving multiple Harley-Davidson dealerships and retail locations.

This role is all about communication, follow-up, and keeping customers engaged from first inquiry to final purchase. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking with people, and can stay organized while juggling multiple conversations, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, chat, and website inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for showroom visits, demo rides, events, and Riding Academy classes
  • Follow up consistently with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
  • Handle high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Re-engage inactive and long-term prospects through structured follow-up campaigns
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales team members on co-assigned leads
  • Support dealership promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Track appointment setting, show rates, and follow-up performance metrics

About the Role

  • Supports multiple Harley-Davidson dealerships and merchandise locations
  • Works closely with several sales teams and managers
  • Helps ensure consistent communication and customer experience across all stores

Schedule Expectations

  • Dealerships operate 7 days a week
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Most schedules include Saturdays and Sundays
  • Not a Monday–Friday position

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and structured processes
  • Previous BDC, sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Harley-Davidson or motorcycle knowledge is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses
  • Paid vacation and sick time
  • Full benefits including health insurance and 401(k)
  • Paid training and ongoing development
  • Employee discounts
  • Team-oriented environment with growth opportunities
