REMOTE DESIGN TECHNICIAN / ARCHITECT / ENGINEER / BIM DESIGNER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Type: Freelance / Remote Work
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Reporting To: Design Manager / Project Lead
Project Types: Architecture, Landscape, Roads & Utilities (Wet & Dry), Structural, MEP, HVAC

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for skilled and reliable remote professionals to support our growing international projects. Whether you’re a Draftsman, Architect, Engineer, or BIM Designer, Graphic Designer, we welcome experienced individuals to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects ranging from urban development and infrastructure to architectural and landscape design.

This is a remote freelance position ideal for independent professionals seeking long-term or project-based work with an established international consultancy.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other tools.
  • Model and coordinate BIM workflows for architecture, landscape, roads, and utilities (wet/dry).
  • Graphic design
  • Collaborate with in-house teams (design managers, engineers, architects) via online platforms.
  • Revise and update drawings based on markups and client feedback.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with local authority standards, project specifications, and international codes.
  • Maintain organized drawing sets and follow project CAD/BIM standards.
  • Participate in remote coordination meetings as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in any of the following:
    • Landscape Design
    • Road Design
    • Wet/Dry Utilities (Water, Irrigation, Sewerage, Stormwater, Electrical, Telecom, Street Lighting)
    • Structural Design
    • MEP and HVAC Design
    • Architectural Design & Drafting
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following tools:
    • AutoCAD
    • Revit (Architecture or MEP)
    • Civil 3D
    • Navisworks
    • SketchUp or other 3D tools
    • Graphics (Photoshop, 3d Max, D5, Lumion, InDesign)
  • Experience working remotely or with international clients is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English.
