Job Responsibilities:Specific job responsibilities may vary as per the team responsibilities, but will involve aspects of the below -
Product DevelopmentOwn and develop next generation products, upgrade existing capabilities, and improve processes, methods or systems that support business critical solutions. Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders, technology teams and other product teams to build prototypes and end products that directly impact millions of customers and prospects.
Product ManagementOwnership and management of outstanding enterprise data platforms that are used in making global business decisions. Solve complex business problems through conceptualization & delivering the road map for next generation data products and solutions in partnership, with enterprise stakeholders.
Generally, the roles will entail some of the below responsibilities:
- Own and manage technical products that address specific business needs in partnership with key stakeholders including Technology, Design, and Enterprise Customers
- Innovate with a focus on developing newer and better products using big data technologies to bring scale to critical initiatives and enhance productivity
- Develop proof of concepts and test prototypes before finalizing product architecture and design
- Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide customer concern management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Leverage product analytics and design thinking to build, manage innovative products and solutions that are aligned with organizational goals and priorities
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and build innovative solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
- Solid understanding of any programming language & exposure to data management processes (e.g., Java, Python, Hive, RDBMS, Big Data)
- The candidate must be graduating in the year 2025
Job Location: Hybrid (Gurgaon/Bangalore) – depending on business requirements
