Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
$22–$27/hour
Wallace, NC & Greater Surrounding Area
Part-Time | Afternoon Hours

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Wallace and the surrounding areas, including:
Wallace (28466), Teachey (28464), Rose Hill (28458), Magnolia (28453), Warsaw (28398), Burgaw (28425), Beulaville (28518), and Kenansville (28349).

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings

  • Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Track session data accurately

  • Support skill development and behavior goals

  • Build positive relationships with families

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)

  • Experience with children preferred

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication skills
