We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly driven, ready to take ownership of their market and play a key role in growing EF in Puebla.
This is not just a sales job; it’s about inspiring people to take one of the most important decisions of their lives: going abroad to learn a language.
You will connect with students and families across multiple channels (phone, face-to-face, online, and social media), guiding them through a consultative journey and helping them turn their aspirations into reality.
Your main responsibilities are:
Sales & Execution

Manage daily pipelines, set clear priorities, and ensure accountability
Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies for regional growth
Maintain a hands-on mindset on sales and act as a true owner of your market
Business Development & Local Marketing
Design and execute business development and local marketing initiatives such as school visits, fairs, partnerships, and community events
Represent EF at educational institutions and local networks to strengthen brand awareness
Identify collaboration opportunities with schools and universities to generate leads
Stay alert to market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities
Customer Experience & Operations
Deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience from first contact to departure
Ensure students feel supported, confident, and excited about their journey
Oversee CRM management, follow-ups, and customer retention efforts
Manage feedback, problem-solving, and coordination with global EF teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in an international, fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Strong skills in lead conversion, consultative selling, and regional marketing
Fluency in Spanish and English
Deep knowledge of the local market; existing school or university network is a plus
What success looks like:
Consistently achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities
Creating meaningful relationships with students and families
Helping people plan one of the most impactful experiences of their lives
Why you will love working with us:
International, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
Opportunities for professional growth through training, coaching, and development
Potential to travel internationally to visit EF campuses and attend events
Performance-based bonuses
A high-energy team culture focused on ownership and results
The opportunity to make a real impact by breaking language, cultural, and geographical barriers through education
Our company provides benefits in accordance with applicable local labor laws. We may also host team-building and celebratory events, and depending on the role and business needs, there may be opportunities for company-sponsored travel.
If you are looking for a role where you can combine sales, purpose, and international exposure, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

Company
Some companies are in the business of banking. Others are in the business of shoes. Or sports. Or soft drinks. At EF, we're in a different kind of business. One that's a little less tangible, and a lot more important. Because our business, what we make, makes everything else possible. We're in the business of understanding. Between people. Between cultures.
For over half a century we’ve been the leader in international educational programs and experiences designed to foster such understanding. Through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel, we create the kinds of immersive experiences that challenge biases, open minds, and pave the way for a more understanding world.
You’ll find our offices and schools located in some of the world’s greatest cities, and filled with smart, driven people (over 50,000 of us) who push each other to be better every day. But it’s what we do together - building greater understanding, breaking down barriers, and creating a better world - that makes all the difference.
Founded in 1965 in Sweden, EF (Education First) is a global association of education companies that share a common mission of opening the world through education.
